Pro-Tips from Past + Current Teaching Assistants

  • Toulouse is an AMAZING city! There is always something to do for everyone. Go see live poetry readings, listen to live music, attend philosophical discussions at the Cave Poésie, grab a drink with a friend and end up meeting some young French natives.
  • The city is big, but the city center is small, so it feels like you're always running into people you know!
  • Take advantage of the nearby airport in Blagnac (accessible by tram = cheap!) and train station (Gare Matabiau) for great opportunities to travel in and around France.
